Dear friends,

My absurd legal case (see FredSalaff.com for those who don't know the case - or just type in my name on Google) continues to be manipulated by the prosecutor who has the intention of punishing me without a trial. The government knows there is no case but they feel they have to make me pay in order to justify having spent more than $200,000 of Panama's money and 9 months investigation time. They have found nothing that would warrant even an arrest in the first place.

Unfortunately, I have to survive in a catch 22 situation. I am not allowed to work or live in my house. I have to survive on spit and air and this is becoming more and more difficult. Fortunately, Panama is a very inexpensive country with a very pleasant climate... so surviving the elements of nature is no problem. I, unashamedly need your help, however small. One dollar in Panama is worth many times more in the USA.
