Dear Friends,

As you know I am out of jail on a conditional release for medical reasons. If the prosecution should decide to send me back for a re-evaluation and if a doctor thinks I am fine I can be sent back to one of the worst prisons systems in Central and South America. If I am found guilty (a possibility in Panama where people are convicted on No evidence) I can receive a sentence of 8-12 years because children under the age of 10 years told lies.

My lawyer who has been accused of many things and misunderstood by many has my full support. I know that he is a tireless worker on my behalf and he has not taken on more than 1 or 2 other small cases in order to devote his attention to my case.

We desperately need about $10,000 to finish and file the legal briefs, hire assistant lawyers and do whatever it takes to get the charges dropped. Personally, I am getting by on some internet consulting work but it is only enough for bare living expenses.

Whatever else you can send me now is critical and of course greatly appreciated. I will never allow myself to go back to prison.
