(CHICAGO, IL) -- Jason Sechrest announced this morning during his live interview on Baltimore's WIYY 98 FM Rock that after hosting tonight's "Cocktails with the Stars" with special guest, Carlo Cox, at Micky's in West Hollywood, California, he will head to Chicago for the 2003 Grabby Awards weekend. If the GayVN Awards are the Academy Awards of gay porn, then surely the Grabbys are the Golden Globes. Sechrest will take to the red carpet on Saturday evening, May 24th, preceding the ceremony to interview all of the nominees in attendance for the official home video, which will also be available on Sechrest's site, JasonCurious.com. Additionally, Sechrest will present a very special award during the show -- the only presenter who isn't a performer and/or director.

"I guess I'll be like the Joan Rivers on Grabby's night this weekend," Sechrest told WIYY's "Kirk, Mark, and Lopez Morning Show" earlier today, to which the trio responded that it's better to be the Joan Rivers on Grabby's night than the Susan Lucci of gay porn's Best Anal scene.
