At the age of 40, Dominique Devereaux may seem like an unlikely porn star, but she's thrilled with the reviews she's getting for Passion Fruit Video's Gallery Erotica, nominated for an AVN Award this year.

"I'm really pleased that Gallery features one vignette between two women over 30 - women who know their own sexuality and show it are hot!" laughs Dominique. With her well-toned body, perfect 36-24-34 measurements and ultra long legs, the 6' tall fetish model is anything but your average 40 year old. "We really believe that showing gorgeous women in their 20's, 30's and 40's appeals to everyone" says Gallery's director, Alpha. "We show the innocence of the younger women, but also the passion and sexiness of women who know what they want."

Dominique plays in the vignette "Le Femmes Perdues" in Gallery Erotica - a scene that takes place in the French countryside in a red convertible. Her co-star, the curvaceous blonde Maitresse Elise speaks five languages, including fluent French and the two had fun giggling and speaking French throughout the scene. "In truth, I am more of the aggressor in sex, and Elise is more shy, but we had to reverse the roles for the scene", says Dominique. "Elise is so sexy, it was hard for me to hold back and let her take the lead!" The scene involves two lost French women who have to pee in the countryside and then seduce each other in the backseat of a sports car. "The peeing scene was so much fun!" says Dominique, "We tickled each other and laughed through the whole thing! And making love in the open countryside felt very free and defiant. Elise has such a beautiful body and playful attitude it wasn't hard to forget about the cameras!"

Dominique, who is 40 and Elise, 34, represent a new generation of women who see their participation in adult movies as a statement of women's sexuality as well as fun. For men and women viewers to see women who look so amazing and are so comfortable being who they are on screen and off - That's not just a huge turn-on, it says a lot about a new generation of attitudes toward women. Dominique's fascination with fetish photography mirrors this. Fetish photography shows women being overtly sexual, even aggressive - it's about how a woman looks but also what she knows? and there's a lot of mystery and seduction in the result. Gallery Erotica interested her as a project because the movie revolves around what led up to a series of fetish photos in a lesbian art gallery.
