(LOS ANGELES, CA) -- Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) CEO Joan Irvine has received a Certificate of Congressional Commendation from Congresswoman Jane Harman.

The certificate commends Irvine for her ''outstanding dedication'' to ASACP. Irvine has served as CEO for ASACP since 2002. With a background in e-commerce, business technology and association management; Irvine has been the driving force behind ASACP’s ability to expand its efforts towards protecting children from viewing age-inappropriate content with the RTA ''Restricted to Adults'' website label. RTA is a free, easy to use, and internationally recognized label that designates content for adults only.
