(VAN NUYS, CA) -- TJ direda and Vic Thomas have sold their share of Vertigo Video to partners at Caballero, the owners and operators of Blue Pictures and Fever Films. Thomas and direda prepare to unleash their new gonzo company, American Hardcore.

As a strong sales and marketing team, direda and Thomas' have now join forces with the infamous Booya Tribe as they prepare to launch their new company American Hardcore in September. The number one priority is quality control and hard hitting sex. Hardcore will focus on super high gloss and super hard sex. We have not only been very quiet about the company but have taken our time while spending all our energy in perfecting the look of the content, the box covers and the unique packaging. Hardcore will be the result of intense focus and planning. While I have enjoyed helping build Vertigo and marketing and promoting companies like Vivid and Club Jenna, it is time to apply the knowledge and analysis to American Hardcore, something Vic and I have had a master plan for since we partnered.

The Booya Tribe will easily help brand the company in other markets such as the up coming Warped Tour where they will be playing dates with the Transplants. Their reputation and image goes hand in hand with AH'S strong and interesting product as well as the company's planned diversity and growth in other markets and business. September will kick off with the release of Tommy Joe's Ass Fuck and Del Toro's Prom Team while the company begins its aggressive and methodical marketing and branding of a company whose name speaks for itself.
