Unwritten Law and Vivid Unite for Warped Tour

(VAN NUYS, CA) -- Continuing its juggernaut into mainstream entertainment, Vivid Video has announced that it is sponsoring Interscope Recording artist Unwritten Law's summer tour.
Throughout the band's Vans Warped Tour engagement and their headlining theater dates, Unwritten Law will be wearing Vivid's Vividgear urban clothing line created in conjunction with Porn Star clothing. The San Diego punk rockers' official tour bus will also be decked with the hugely popular Vivid logo. All parties involved believe that Vivid's strong franchise name and reputation for quality products will bring the same mass appeal to the tour as it does to the adult market.
This is the latest event capitalizing on Vivid's ever-growing popularity in the music world. Earlier this year the Vivid Girls appeared in music videos with artists including The Deftones and Brougham. The adult stars also performed with Kid Rock at the 2000 Grammy Awards and were recently profiled on VH1's Rankin File: The Rock and Porn Connection.
Unwritten Law were recently in the studio with producer John Shanks recording the follow-up to their self-titled album (1998) which featured the hit single "Cailin." Although radio's heavy rotation of the poppy "Cailin" helped to introduce Unwritten Law to new fans last summer, listeners should expect the band's new material to be more mature and complex. Band members include vocalist Scott Russo, guitarists Rob Brewer and Steve Morris, drummer Wade Youman and bassist Pat Kim. Unwritten Law will be joined by power-pop rock band Lefty who will open for the bandon their headlining theater dates.
