The year has so far been very good for the roster here at DMG. Here's the scoop on what we have happening this month.
The Renegades of Sluts took VA. Beach, VA by storm on January 29th with a spur of the moment show, booked a week beforehand. The club normally has DJs and dance music, but when R.O.S. hit the stage, everyone found out why they are "The Kings of Cock Rock". Look for a special show on February 11th in Norfolk VA at Pallettes Outer Banks. This venue is located at 7734-D Hampton Blvd. In the USA Discounters Shopping Center.
Ordained will be flying back up to Philadelphia, PA on February 19th for another meeting with the European promoters they performed for last month. At this meeting Ordained will be given a new date for a performance at the famous Northstar Bar. The Revival will be held in May, as soon as the date is confirmed all the details will be posted on the bands SINternet site. Additionally, Ordained has booked Revival Crusade services for March, April, May & June in their hometown area of Hampton Roads, VA. More crusades are in the works for PA, NC & MD. There is still time to cast your votes for Ordained in the Ninevolt Virginia Music Awards. Voting ends on February 5th, with the awards ceremony being held in Norfolk, VA on the 19th. Ordained has been nominated for Best Metal Band & Best Live Act. Cast your votes and help the Ministers of Metal solidify their grip as Undisputed Champion of Heavy Metal!
Ordained has signed a new business agreement with BritCo Pictures which calls for the band to supply the music for several XXX movies. XXX porn legend Brittany Andrews, head of BritCo Pictures, has had an ongoing working relationship with Ordained since 2000 when the Ministers of Metal were added to the Rock/Porn Connection. This group, which was started by Miss Brittany, is comprised of musicians and DJs who promote, contribute to and help sustain the musical aspect of the porno industry.
We all know that the music in porn films has long been a staple for jokes and was easily (and understandably) forgettable. BritCo Pictures is aiming to change that with the addition of top notch music from artists such as Ordained. Miss Brittany was rated by Playboy Magazine as the number 5 top grossing female adult entertainer of all time, so it is clear that she has a knack for savvy business sense. Details about feature titles and availability of the releases will be posted here as soon as possible.
The rock and porn couple, Ordained & the Renegades of Sluts drummer Wally Parris and Miss Nude Porn Internet 2005 and XXX Porn Starlet Julie Robbins (sexually explicit site if you click link) will be together at the Motley Crue concert in Greenville, SC at the Bi-Lo Center on February 20. Ordained is currently working on a deal with their video vixen Lovette on distributing their latest DVD " Altar Vidego " through her website LovetteXXX.com (sexually explicit site if you click link). Lovette starred in both versions of the Diary of Jack the Ripper videos. Stay tuned for details.
