(PORT CANAVERAL, FL) -- Future Projects VI Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets:FTPQ) has acquired all the outstanding stock of The Buoy Club, Inc. Simultaneously with the transaction, the company changed its name to The Buoy Club, Inc. Beginning on Friday, July 21st, 2000 the company began trading under its new symbol BYCI.
The Buoy Club, Inc., is an upscale offshore gentlemen's club cruise ship. Ira Mihlstin was appointed as the new President of the Company.
Mr. Mihlstin said, ``Our intent is to bring the adult entertainment industry to the next level, hence paving the way for future standards by which it will be operated.
