New Frontier Media's ETC Network Gains 1.2 Million Addressable Subscribers

(BOULDER, CO) -- New Frontier Media, Inc. (Nasdaq: NOOF - news), a leader in the electronic distribution of adult entertainment, announced that it signed a second contract for its newest network, ETC (Erotic Television Clips). The service officially launched Wednesday, July 19th. As a result of this contract, the Company will reach an additional 1.2 million addressable subscribers. ETC offers consumers adult entertainment in thematically organized 90-minute blocks of pay-per-view programming with a partially-edited standard.
``We've created a first-of-its-kind network that combines fast-paced entertainment with cutting-edge graphical interstitials designed to bring additional buys into the adult category,'' stated Ken Boenish, Senior Vice President Affiliate Sales. ``Each 90 minute block of programming is comprised of eight, 10-minute clips from a variety of movies. The clips are all related by a top-level theme such as 'Blond Bombshells', giving viewers the opportunity to zero in on the categories that are most appealing to them. This format is designed to capture the imagination of consumers, entice them to tune in for more of their favorite themes and truly maximize the revenue that we are able to derive from the $10 billion adult entertainment category. ETC has a market appeal that greatly complements our feature-driven TeN, Pleasure and Extasy services,'' said Boenish.

The Company's proprietary software interface queries its extensive database of titles to locate specific blocks of programming that fit a desired programming theme.
