Jason Sechrest Wins Double at Cybersocket

(LAS VEGAS, NV) -- At last night's 2004 Cybersocket Awards in Las Vegas, JasonCurious.com was awarded the "Best Live Webcast Personality" honor with two trophies, one voted on by fans and the other by industry. Jason Sechrest, the site's owner and operator, appeared in person to accept what is considered to be the highest honor for a gay adult web site.
"This should prove that you don't have to buy an ad in Cybersocket magazine to win one of these things," said Sechrest during his acceptance speech, "because I've never given these people a penny. Maybe now I'll have to start." Sechrest thanked his web development staff as well as his mother, who he claims was the first member of the site.
Less than a month ago, Sechrest was also awarded the 2004 Listener's Choice Award for "Best Insight into the Adult Biz." He continues to host shows for his own site ranging from JC TV's "Adult Undercover" to KSEXradio's "The Young & the Curious."
The ceremony, held at club Gipsy in Las Vegas, was hosted by Chi Chi Larue with celebrity attendees including gay XXX superstars Michael Brandon, Johnny Hazzard, Eddie Stone and Rod Barry. But true to form and never one to be limited, Sechrest was the only one at the gay porn event to show with a woman as his date, the buxom blonde porn starlet Vicky Vette.
