Miss Presley Meets the Press

The usual suspects were on the premises at Digital Playground's press conference last Tuesday: Duke from Hardcore Source, Devan from Hardcore Gossip, Steve from Adult Industry News, that Australian Guy Who Doesn't Use his Own Name any More Since He Sold the Website. We sit in the kitchen, swilling soda pop and noshing on submarine sandwiches from a platter until Adella shoos us into the studio where we see Jesse Jane and new Digital Playground contract performer Teagan Presley. The news had gotten out earlier in the day, when Digital Playground issued a press release. But there may be news anyway: Henri Pachard is here. There have been rumors that Digital Playground is going to sign a new director.
Jesse Jane introduces Presley, saying "I had the pleasure of pleasuring her this weekend," which also explains her no-show at the KSEX Games and the lack of explanation, now that I think of it.
Presley says "I'm happy to be on board. I thought they're the best company to go with, and I look forward to working with them." She mentions Digital Playground's expertise in promotion, which is in evidence with framed images of Digital Playground contract performers all over the building, particularly along the staircase to the second floor, which features an eye-level row of magazine covers and larger-than-live-size images at the halfway landing. "I looked at the PR and the marketing. I want more of the PR. I didn't have that support before. I talked to other people, but I liked Digital Playground better." The terms of Presley's contract were not disclosed.
She's already shot a video for Digital Playground, Contract Girl, under the direction of Robby D. (who asks her, during the questions, "Who's your favorite Digital Playground director?") the scene is with Jesse Jane, who says "I don't think you'll be able to handle it."
Presley, who is 19, says she started doing adult to get back at somebody. She doesn't plan to direct, and looks forward to doing more print work. She likes girls: "I'm bi - but I need a guy now and then." Presley says she's "dominant with girls, but with a guy I like to be submissive." She likes doggie position, "so they can pull your hair."
Presley went to Adult Expo in January, "But I had only made one movie." She has no plans to get a boob job. She's of Croatian and Swedish descent, and comes from Houston, Texas, which gets a big grin from Jesse Jane.
Presley says she's a big movie buff.
In answer to a question, Jesse Jane says Devon is not here tonight because she's dancing. Devon is still with the company.
Devan turns to me and tells me to ask a question, so I ask Presley if she has any acting experience. "I did some acting in high school," she says. "I want to act."
DP Tonight follows the press conference, with guests Mari Possa, Flower Tucci (pronounced "Tushy"), and Virgin Vixen Nadia Styles.
