Jenna & Tera Saved From Nipplegate

(HOLLYWOOD, CA) -- A sexy billboard from the leading adult film studio, Vivid Entertainment Group, featuring just about all of Jenna Jameson's breasts will come within a nose of sparking another "Nipplegate." The nose belongs to the megastar's male lover in her latest film Jenna Jameson is the Masseuse, and it will just barely cover one of her full breasts pendulously gracing a west-facing, billboard on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood.
On the flip side of the Jameson image will be a billboard of Vivid Girl Tera Patrick, with her breasts overflowing a strapless mini dress with a hemline that shows a flash of her panties, in a photo adapted from the cover of her blockbuster new video, Tera, Tera, Tera.
"Nipplegate" is the term used to describe the furor that erupted after singer Janet Jackson's breast was exposed during a Super Bowl half-time performance in February. The "costume malfunction" has led to a vigorous campaign to limit "indecency" in broadcasting and other public venues.
Vivid leased space for the two billboards atop the Rainbow Bar & Grill (9015 W. Sunset Boulevard), a hip restaurant frequented by show biz/music personalities. They will be visible by motorists traveling on the busy boulevard starting May 28th (9 a.m. PT)
Eastbound drivers will see Vivid Girl Jameson, wearing a mere slip of a bikini panty and nothing else. She is draped seductively over co-star Justin Sterling with his face barely obscuring her left nipple. Westbound motorists will be greeted by Ms. Patrick reclining sexily in a skimpy purple dress.
The billboards are another sign that Vivid Entertainment continues to play an important role in mainstreaming adult entertainment. Vivid erected its first billboards on Sunset Boulevard in the 1990s and the company created a major stir again last year when billboards with Vivid Girls advertising Pony sportswear sprouted atop the Roxy nightclub in Hollywood.
Ms. Jameson's image is from the boxcover of Jenna Jameson is the Masseuse, her latest film directed by award winning director Paul Thomas, which has earned a coveted 5-star rating from Adult Video News. Video and DVD versions of the film go on sale July 4th. Tera, Tera, Tera, which premiered on May 26th, is the first feature staring Ms. Patrick since she became a Vivid Girl earlier this year.
