ZRock Crue for Cure Online Rock-a-Thon

(HOUSTON, TX) -- In association with Vince Neil and the TJ Martell Foundation, ZRock (ZRock.com) is proud to announce ZRock Crue for the Cure, a grass roots campaign by the fans, for the fans, to benefit the Skylar Neil Memorial Golf Tournament and the TJ Martell Foundation to help fund research and find a cure for leukemia, cancer and AIDS.
ZRock Crue for the Cure enables rock fans around the globe to help find a cure for these diseases by participating in an online rock-a-thon as well as local market charity events. 100% of all donations will directly benefit the TJ Martell Foundation.
In 1995, Vince Neil lost his four year old daughter Skylar to stomach cancer. The Skylar Neil Memorial Foundation (SkylarNeil.org) has donated nearly $1 million to various charity organizations for leukemia, cancer and AIDS research. The Malibu Skylar Neil Memorial Golf Tournament will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2004 in Malibu, California. Vince and very special guest hosts Juli Ashton & Tiffany Granath from Playboy TV's Night Calls will host a live auction and awards presentation in the clubhouse immediately following play.
All proceeds from the tournament will be distributed to the TJ Martell Foundation. The TJ Martell Foundation TJMartellFoundation.org) was founded in 1975 by music industry executive Tony Martell and his colleagues in memory of his son, T.J., a victim of leukemia. To date, the Foundation has raised more than $175 million to fund research into innovative cures and treatments of leukemia, cancer and Aids at nine research facilities throughout the United States.
