``Dirty Pictures'' (Showtime Networks) - for nudity and sexual images and for related dialogue.

``Gangster No. 1'' (Pagoda) - for strong brutal violence, pervasive language, and brief drug use and nudity.

``Grass'' (Unapix Films) - for drug content.
