Announcing Rubberella Sub-Site
by: Company Press Release
(VAN NUYS, CA) -- Following the recent success of its new serial-style website, CrimsonMansion.com, GwenMedia has just launched a new, similar style addition to its Rubberella.com website. The 'sub-site', a part of the overall Rubberella website, will feature serial-style 'webisodes' as well as unique and exclusive photo galleries with more than 400 images per month.
"We felt it was important to give Rubberella's fans a new and unique way to see more of what she is about", states creator and GwenMedia President Bob Zak. "The success of the character as whole is astounding!" He adds.
Rubberella was a concept conceived by Zak more than a year ago. And, at the urging of a good friend to secure the web address and trademark the name, Zak responded by doing exactly that. "Contracting with Jean Bardot to headline the role was another coup. She is perfect for the part. Jean has such an extensive latex wardrobe, and is truly a latex fetishist. Who else could we have picked?" He asks.
When contacted, Jean Bardot, who is also featured in several other GwenMedia video lines, was just as upbeat about the whole Rubberella project. "I never dreamed it would grow so big, so fast. We've traveled to Europe over the past few months to promote (the character, website and video line), but I never expected this response so quickly", says the sultry, raven-haired beauty.
Rubberella will be traveling back to Europe for photo shoots with many of the world's top photographers, including Peter Czernich of Marquis Magazine. In addition, she was invited to host one of the countries largest B&D Ball in the spring of 2004. "It's keeping me very busy", states Bardot. "It seems that I'm always flying somewhere, but, I love it. The attention is overwhelming sometimes, especially when I'm decked out in head-to-toe latex."
Rubberella will next appear at the AVN Adult Expo and awards show in Las Vegas this coming January. She'll be signing autographs at the Bizarre Video/GwenMedia booth at the Expo. "I was hoping one of my videos would have been nominated for an award. I would have loved going up on stage to receive it, wearing my torpedo tit catsuit!" she says playfully. "Well, maybe next year", she adds.
So, Rubberella is off to a great start, and GwenMedia's commitment to their high production standards help to make her movies, website and episodic serial a hit worldwide.
