Adult superstar Houston continues to build her cross-over success as a music artist with an appearance and radio airplay on Houston, Texas' hottest rock station, Clear Channel's KLOL, Rock 101.

(LOS ANGELES, CA) -- As part of an advance promo tour for her upcoming music CD release, adult superstar Houston made a special appearance last Wednesday at Houston, Texas' KLOL Rock 101, Houston's Rock Station, as afternoon drivetime host Outlaw Dave gave their huge audience an exclusive preview of her new single. Aside from a live interview and fielding some listener calls, the station played Houston's single numerous times that day and the following days generating strong listener response. Her radio appearance was followed by a special in-store CD signing at the Wherehouse on South Post Oak Road in Houston. Fans lined up to buy their own exclusive copy of the maxi-single and for a chance to have the copy signed by her.

"What Do you Want From Me" and the B-side "Open Your Mind" are included on the maxi-single, the first release from Hot Houston Records, Houston's very own label. The maxi-single will be officially released at retail in the Us in January 2004 and will be accompanied by an extensive publicity and marketing campaign. Houston previewed the song to the world on the Howard Stern Show during a recent appearance with Courtney Love. Both Stern and Love were blown away and gave Houston rave reviews. The song also received airplay in August in New England during and after her appearance on the Storm & Birdsey Show on WNCX.

Vinnie Birbiglia, Director of Marketing for Transworld Entertainment, corporate parent of the Wherehouse chain commented, "We are very excited to offer Houston's music CD. As soon as I heard the single I knew it would have a wide appeal, both to her enormous fan base and to people who don't even know who she is, but like hot music. We're looking forward to launching the title nationally in stores in January."

While in Houston, Texas, Houston made a feature dance appearance at Splendor, Houston, Texas' newest upscale gentlemen's club. She filmed the entire adventure and has been filming all her recent dance experiences for an upcoming DVD project tentatively titled "Houston: On the Road". Hot Houston Productions is producing and will distribute the title as part of it's first slate of releases, along with several adult feature titles currently in pre-production.
