Victoria Givens Launches Official Fan Club Site

(WOODLAND HILLS, CA) -- Victoria Givens has launched her Official Fan Club Site on Yahoo Groups. The site boasts features such as a weekly live chat with Ms. Givens as well as plenty of free photos, a Polls section, Calendar, Database and Message Forum. Unlike Victoria's pay site, her Fan Club and it's features are free to members.
I've learned a great deal about being a webmaster from having to maintain my own site, VictoriaGivens.com, and from hosting my other site, ATMBabes.com, Says Givens. Those sites are now being maintained by Adult Lounge which is great but I actually miss the work. I started posting on the webmaster boards and other message forums such as AdultDVDTalk.com. I wanted to do a live chat from my site but the powers that be didn't want to host it from my pay site.
I decided it was time to put a Fan Club together. One that I could personally control and maintain. I started planning and decided what I wanted to achieve with this site. I wanted a place to interact with the fans personally. The Fan Club provides a way for me to find out what the fans really want. I get a lot of feedback there. Information I can really use to make career decisions. I find out what you really like, and don't like.
The polls are really fun. I use the Polls for marketing research. Fans can post polls when they have an idea for a promotion, video or contest. Other fans then vote on whether or not they think that's a good idea and that helps me make day to day marketing decisions. I get ideas for the Polls I personally post from the message forum.
As far as I'm concerned, my fans are the most important people in my career and what they say matters most. Even though I have agents, management and a public relations manager, at the end of the day it's what the fans say that really counts. The fans buy the movies and go to the shows. They basically pay the bills so they should have a venue to tell me what they want.
Free photos are posted at least five times a week in the Photos feature. Victoria posts her day to day experiences in the message forum as well as the juicy details of her shoots. Events are scheduled into the calendar, film titles in the database, and her favorite links in the Links feature. It's a lot of work, says Victoria, but my fans are more than worth it.
I have a couple friends who really helped me out getting the Fan Club started. Hamilton Steele and Selena Silver helped a lot. Aaron from InsideTheLair.com and TheTimexxx.com, both news sites, gave me a place to write a monthly column. I will continue to write that column and fans will have to go to InsideTheLair.com for that. I put different photos in the news section of my pay site and some different updates so that remains a good place to go for other information. The mega porn star site is a great site for fans wanting to see videos and tons of other content.
