(HILLSBOROUGH, NC) -- Long the leader in retail adult sales on the internet, Adameve.com today took a large step towards integrating its customers into the product selection process by unveiling its interactive Customer Review feature.
"Our customers have been telling us for a long time what they think is popular and what they'd like to see more of," said Adameve.com CTO Sean Trotter. "Giving our users an option to offer their opinions in a way that will benefit other users is nothing but a win-win for us and our customers."
The ability to post reviews of products on the site is open to all registered users of Adameve.com and is absolutely free. Once a review is submitted, it will be checked for adherence to review standards and will be added to the site within 24 - 48 hours.
Users will also have the ability to decide whether or not posted reviews are helpful to them. The more helpful ratings a user receives, the more likely their reviews will be picked to be a spotlight review. In addition, users will be able to see other products rated by reviewers to find other hidden gems that are not usually brought to the forefront.
"Giving our users a voice is important to us," said Trotter. "In many cases, our users know more about our products than we do because they are the ones using them on a daily basis. Instead of dictating to our users what the best products are, we're going to let our users be in control. We're not judging reviews based on whether or not they are favorable to a product. The opinions of our users will be authentic and true to them."
The new review feature is available now to any user who wishes to take advantage of it.
