Hollywood glamour girl Kim Basinger says she finds it hard to be sexy.

Despite her seductive roles in movies such as 9 1/2 Weeks and The Getaway, Basinger has never thought of herself as a sex symbol.

"I have to act to be sexy," she says in the May edition of Vanity Fair. "I'm not very good at being a girl, for the type of man who loves that kind of thing.
