(GRANADA HILLS, CA) -- With a cease and desist order as idiotic sounding as the headline above the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) has ordered Adult Industry entrepreneur Sean Michaels to stop using his own trademarked name.

Michaels who, though aware there is now a wrestler named Shawn Michaels, has adopted a live-and-let-live policy focusing on producing a product to "make people happy in their personal lives" for the past 14 years, was surprised and angered by the order.

According to Michaels the WWE has been through this kind of legal battle before when they lost their name WWF (World Wrestling Federation) to the World Wildlife Federation. Now that they have a wrestler named Shawn Michaels (not trademarked) they allegedly want Adult Veteran Sean Michaels to give up his trademarked name for them.

As of this morning the offices of SMP (Sean Michaels Productions) were in a state of activity with the legal issues involved in dealing with the cease and desist order. More on this story as it develops.
