Jenna Jameson Gets Role in NBC'S "Mr. Sterling" Drama

(BURBANK, CA) -- The leading adult film star Jenna Jameson plays herself in "Mister Sterling," a new NBC political drama series starring Josh Brolin ("Hollow Man," "The Mod Squad") as young U.S. senator caught up in the complexity of political life at the highest level.
The mid-season drama from Emmy Award-winning writer/producer Lawrence O'Donnell, Jr. ("The West Wing"), has an all-star cast, including James Whitmore ("The Shawshank Redemption") playing a popular former Governor of California, and Jackie Brock (three-time Tony winner) as the senator's chief of staff and Tommy Doyle ("Boy Meets World") as the principled legislative director. Jenna plays the mistress of a potential rival to Senator Sterling. The series will launch in January 2003.
