Playboy.com Heads to Spring Break

NEW YORK, NY) -- Beginning today through Friday, March 23, Playboy.com (http://www.playboy.com) hits the beach in Panama City, Florida to bring the sites, sounds and non-stop action of Spring Break 2000 right to people's desktops.
Among the highlights of Playboy.com's extensive Spring Break package is the ``PLAYBOY.COM SPRING BREAK BIKINI GIRL 2000'' contest. Playboy.com photographers and Web cams will be scouring the beach in Panama City throughout the week capturing candidates for the contest. Users are encouraged the visit the Web site daily to browse the photo gallery and register their votes for that day's best bikini. Each day, the previous day's winner will be posted and a new gallery unveiled with the daily contestants. Daily winners will be then be pitted against one another online over the weekend, and the event will culminate with the naming of ``PLAYBOY.COM SPRING BREAK BIKINI GIRL 2000'' on Monday, March 27.
Additional coverage and activities planned for online and on location from the Playboy.com post in Panama City include:
-- Activities taking place throughout the day, every day, including the "X-Treme Climbing Challenge"--the all-Playmate "X-Treme Team" will challenge beach-goers in Panama City to out-climb them on a wall constructed on the beach. Multiple daily scavenger hunts will also encourage Spring Breakers to compete against one another for an array of Playboy-branded merchandise,
