2002 KSEXradio "Porn Flake" List Upsets Talent

(BURBANK, CA) -- Adult stars have a bad reputation for being late, not showing up, not calling to cancel or reschedule shoots. Overall the stereotype is they are flakey. The industry talks about it all the time, tongue and cheek, but there is nothing worse than hiring a crew, paying for space, permits and being without the key element to your production - the talent.
"On the set, girls may be able to get away with this, with some leniency," stated KSEXradio.com Program Director, Wankus, "But with broadcast, showing up or being on time is essential, because the show goes on whether they are there or not." But the show that promoted and promised a top name guest, falls on its face when the touted superstar doesn't make that appearance. Wankus continued, "Fans don't get mad at the talent when they don't show... they get mad at the host who promised they'd be there."

A directory of adult stars who "flaked" on their interview and never made contact again to reschedule, offer an explanation or just simply apologize. "There are people on this list, that we know and love," remarked Wankus, "yet I can't let them get away with not showing up, not calling and not returning my calls when I deserve a reason for their absence." He continued, "I'm cool with things that come up, but call me!"
The KSEXradio Flake List is making waves with the stars. Recently, Mercedes Ashley got word that she made the list after two no shows, and immediately contacted KSEXradio to make good on her responsibility image. She will be appearing on the Wanker Show tonight at 7:00pm (PDT), (Wednesday, September 18th). Porn Star "Sierra" who co-hosts the show Ebony Nights on KSEXradio.com says, "It's not just our job to entertain the audience, but our responsibility to be reliable and follow through on commitments we make."
