AdamEve.com Consolidates Order History on the Web, Creates One-Stop Tracking for Users

(HILLSBOROUGH, NC) -- Building upon its tradition of being the leader in online adult entertainment, Adam & Eve this month unveiled a new way for its customers to track their orders on the company's website (AdamEve.com).
Although users could track their online purchases since the launch of company's redesigned and reengineered website in November, Adam & Eve customers can now also track any items ordered over the phone or through the company's catalog.
"We have made considerable strides in combining and streamlining the technologies that make up the core functionality of Adam & Eve," said Sean Trotter, Technical Director. "We have pooled all our phone, catalog and internet order history in one convenient, easily accessible location for our customers."
The project is the first major code-based addition to the website since the site's launch in November and marks the beginning of a series of additions to the site planned to be implemented over the next few months.
Adam & Eve plans to use the new code initiatives to highlight the company's growing online database, currently featuring over 1000 products. DVDs, videos, lingerie and condoms are only a few of the featured items that are available right now on the company's website, AdamEve.com.
"Our total focus right now is on creating a site that is as easy and convenient for our customers as possible," said Shea Tisdale, E-Commerce Director. "This is only the first in a long list of additions and improvements we are committed to creating so that our customers find everything they were expecting from adameve.com … and a little bit more."
In the future, customers can expect such features as their own Wish List; e-Greeting Cards; live, online customer support; a personal calendar and more - all within the framework of a sexy, secure shopping environment.
"We're dedicated to creating a site that allows our customers as much control as possible," said Tisdale. "We want them to find everything they're looking for; to be in and out quickly or to linger for as long as they like. This is just the first step."
