KSEXradio.com Now On Broadcast Radio
by: Company Press Release
(LOS ANGELES, CA) -- KSEXradio.com is proud to present "Wanky and the Pussycats," live on 97.1, KLSX, Los Angeles. The adult industry internet based radio station that reaches four to six thousand listeners per hour, is now making it's broadcast radio debut Saturday, March 16, 2002 on the CBS/Infinity Fm Talk Station. Every Saturday night at Midnight, Wankus along with his adorable Pussycats will be heard on radios all throughout Los Angeles as well as live on KSEXradio.com for out-of-towners.
The premise of the show features 'the kinds of things hot chicks talk about when the guys aren't around' with one guy, Wankus, to represent the men. Playing the roll of the Pussycats: Laura Dean, host of Playboy's Sexcetera, Comedienne and Radio Personality, Gretchen Massey, and blonde bombshell, Kimberlee Barlow as Nikki Cruz (the trendy roving reporter who takes to the streets and clubs every show, getting real people's input on issues and topics on the show). While the cast of WATP are live at the KLSX studios, KSEXradio General Manager Mike Rick and scattered other KSEX DJs will be back at the KSEXradio studios with a featured industry pro guest live on web cams getting naked and partying. Periodically, the KLSX Team will check in with the KSEX Team and the complete presentation will appear to be one big party.
"There is nothing like this on broadcast radio right now, and never has been." Wankus said. "Look out Stern," he continued, "we're targeting the same audience, but paving the way with three hotties who have a lot of talent!"
Wankus, who wrote and performed news casts during the Howard Stern Show in 1996, has had extensive broadcast radio success, with top rated morning shows in major markets for over 13 years, including one nationally syndicated show. He is featured in the Museum of Television & Radio for his work on KRTH, Los Angeles, K-Earth 101, and is famous for shutting down Burbank International Airport in a stunt-gone-bad, when he released a helium filled anatomically correct blow up doll into the skies and forced planes to divert to Lax while police choppers shot it down.
The excitement doesn't stop there. After being noticed by his extraordinary performance at the Adult Stars Magazine, Consumer Choice Awards, Wankus will be hosting the Half Time Show at the Los Angeles Lakers/Los Angeles Clippers game tonight. It's LA Sparks Night where local owners are trying to pump a 20,000 person, fickle Los Angeles crowd into excitement over the fact that their WNBA team has won the National Championship as well as their NBA team. Game time is set for 7:05pm (PST) and the man of the hour will be introduced as Wankus, of Wanky and the Pussycats of 97.1, KLSX.
