(ATLANTA, GA) -- In information received from Love Shack owner John J. Cornetta, his trial on obscenity charges stemming from his Metro Atlanta based novelty and video store will begin on Friday January 4, 2002.

Gwinnett County Judge Robert W. Moch, Jr. will host the motions hearing in his courtroom. Cornetta's defense led by attorney H. Louis Sirkin will ask different motions be heard about pieces of evidence. Attorney Sirkin is a prominent 1st amendment attorney who has also represented Hustler publisher Larry Flynt in the past.
