(MADRID) -- Barcelona-based pornography firm Private Media Group Inc. said on Monday it had signed a content agreement with Ya.com in a move that will enable the T-Online-owned portal to create a pornography website.

Europe's largest Internet service provider T-Online -- the Internet arm of Deutsche Telekom -- bought Ya.com last September for 550 million euros ($485 million) from Spanish telecom Jazztel .

Private Media, a producer of XXX-rated magazines, videos and websites which trades on the U.S. Nasdaq market, said it will give Ya.com access to its vast archives.

Under the agreement, Private and Ya.com ``are establishing an adult portal'', Private said in a statement.

Ya.com will include the portal on its Spanish and Portuguese websites.

``It is a fact that adult content is the most popular area of interest on the Web,'' said Alvaro Ibanez, chief web officer at Ya.com. ``This cooperation...will provide our adult users with the best high quality adult content.''
