AHF Vilifies Porn

No on Measure B needs your help to reach voters — clearly, this campaign is about vilifying pornographers, not protecting performers…
As you all know, FSC and the No on Government Waste - No on Measure B campaign are currently embroiled in battling against AIDS Healthcare Foundation's Los Angeles County "Safer Sex" ballot initiative, which would mandate condom (and other barrier protection) use on adult sets.
Here's AHF's latest attempt to attack the adult industry — clearly, this campaign is about vilifying pornographers, not protecting performers:

We are asking for your help — while AHF has millions to spend on billboards and other advertising, the adult industry has a limited budget to dispute AHF's claims. No on Measure B campaigners feel that social media and letter-writing can help to make our case to voters and get the message out that, if approved, Measure B will cost thousands of jobs and a billion in economic activity to the Los Angeles area. Also, most voters don't realize that the adult industry has a successful testing program. According to our polls, when this fact is pointed out to them, they are less likely to vote "yes" on Measure B.
Attached is a list of local Los Angeles publications, with contact info for "letters to the editor." We ask and encourage you, as industry members, to write a letter and send it to these publications, voicing your concerns & criticisms of for Measure B.
We appreciate any effort that you can contribute to helping us reach out to voters. Please, encourage your friends and fans to join in the effort by following @FSCArmy and @NOtoMeasureB. Also, please follow us at the Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/NoOnGovernmentWasteNoOnMeasureB?ref=hl.
Also, tell your Los Angeles friends and fans to register by Oct 22, to be able to vote in the election: https://rtv.sos.CA.gov/elections/register-to-vote/
As the election gets closer, we must intensify our efforts. We appreciate your time and consideration. Writing, blogging, Tweeting and sharing can be effective tools for getting voters to understand the real issues around Measure B.
We appreciate your help. Anything you do can make a difference.
Regards,
Joanne
