(HARTFORD) -- A Hartford police officer has pleaded NOT guilty to charges of forcing a prostitute to have sex with him in exchange for not arresting her.

Officer Salvatore Gallo is the fifth Hartford cop charged in the scandal. Two months ago, two officers pleaded not guilty to similar allegations while two others pleaded guilty to lesser charges.
