(LOS ANGELES, CA) -- Last Friday, Alia Janine’s interview with Russia TV aired multiple times in Washington, DC and Moscow on cable TV. The segment called "Condom Police Could Make the Economy Go Limp" addressed the mandatory use of condoms in porn and also featured Domino Presley.
Russian TV is notorious for reporting the other side of news stories and raising the unanswered questions, and this report was no different — Alia discussed her views about the city and county trying to regulate the industry and how it’s unconstitutional and against the rights of the performers. "I am completely flabbergasted that the City of Los Angeles allowed Michael Weinstein of the AIDS HealthCare Foundation and his army to basically bully them with false statistics, misleading statements and extremely false pretenses," says Alia Janine. "What bothers me the most about all of this is that there's no choice. I am a legal, consenting adult and I should have the choice. The city is being played by one man’s grueling agenda and it needs to stop. Hopefully, the voters of Los Angeles County will vote against this measure in June. Right now, it only affects the City of Los Angeles. So, if you’re against condoms in porn or just feel the government shouldn’t be making decisions for us, make sure to vote."
