Attorney Eric M. Bernstein, founder of http://www.embalaw.com will be offering free legal consultation, and taking questions and answers at scheduled discussion groups to adult talent, business owners, webmasters and anyone who does business in the adult industry. Mr. Bernstein will be offering his extensive knowledge on legal matters unique to the adult industry throughout the run of the Adult Entertainment Expo (AEE) show, January 18-21, 2012 in Las Vegas at the Hard Rock Hotel.
Given that 2012 is an election year, content piracy continues to run rampant, and numerous entities in and out of the adult industry continue to threaten the livelihood and profitability of many adult businesses, there should be plenty of concern for legitimate adult companies to stay in business and what the year could potentially bring, for better and for worse.
With nearly 30 years of legal experience representing numerous public and private entities throughout North America as general counsel, Mr. Bernstein is extremely well versed in government, employment, zoning and adult industry matters.
