(LOS ANGELES, CA) -- Severe Society Films has received three nominations for the 2012 AVN Awards. A trio their biggest titles from this year, "The Adventures of Evil Dia," "Jimmy Gets a Footjob" and the ground breaking fetish parody "Strap-On Idol" were honored in three separate categories.
Severe Society Films has been producing high quality BDSM, fetish and kinky sex films since 2007. These most recent AVN Award nominations have capped off their most successful year to date. Their smash hit "Strap-On Idol" starring Sinnamon Love, Zoey Holloway, Mistress D Severe and newcomer Slut Bottom Chris has been nominated for "Best Fem-Dom Strap-On release." "Jimmy Gets a Footjob!" with Jessica Bangkok, Tara Lynn Foxx and Jimmy Broadway has been honored in the "Best Foot/Leg Fetish release" category. Intense and unforgettable interrogation scenes helped earn "The Adventures of Evil Dia" featuring Dia Zerva and Tommy Toscano a nomination for "Best BDSM release" (SSF's third nomination in a row for that category).

One of SSF's three AVN nominations comes for their landmark fetish parody, "Strap-On Idol." With porn parodies dominating the XXX landscape, Severe Society Films took the genre where it has not dared tread before, combining mainstream crossover appeal with intense fetish action to create a smash hit. "We used strap-on as a metaphor for what happens to most people who try to get into show biz," says Mistress D. "It was so much fun to shoot, I’d love to do another parody soon."
