(HILLSBOROUGH, NC) -- Adam & Eve Pictures’ interactive adult video blockbuster "Killer Bodies: The Awakening" received 12 nominations for the 2012 AVN Awards. The cutting-edge erotic thriller from Director David Lord is one of the most heavily nominated and acclaimed movies of the year. AVN’s nominations include Best Feature, Best Director, Best Actor (Barrett Blade), Best Actress (Tori Black), and Best Overall Marketing Campaign.

"Killer Bodies: The Awakening" allows fans to control the fate of star Tori Black, as well as Adam & Eve contract girls Alexis Ford and Teagan Presley. The one-of-a-kind movie also features performances by Barrett Blade, Raylene, Jessica Jaymes, Brooke Lee Adams, Randy Spears, Sascha, Derrick Pierce, Seth Gamble, Eric Masterson, and Chris Johnson. In "Killer Bodies: The Awakening," Beth (Tori Black) has a perfect life—big house, rich husband and not a care in the world… until they took her. In the blink of an eye, everything changes. Kidnapped and held at gunpoint, Beth is forced to endure a barrage of horrifying and erotic encounters. As she pleads for her life, Beth learns it’s not her money the mysterious captors are after; it’s her mind. The only way to reclaim her life and her sanity is to escape, killing whatever and whoever stands in her path.
