(LOS ANGELES, CA) -- Zero Tolerance Entertainment and its associated companies have been nominated for 13 X-Biz Awards in a wide variety of categories including Studio of the Year and Parody Studio of the Year. The prestigious adult awards show is celebrating its 10th anniversary on January 10, 2012.
2011 was a notable year for parodies at Zero Tolerance and Third Degree Films which X-Biz has chosen to honor by nominating the Official Deal or No Deal Parody from Third Degree Films for Parody release of the Year - Comedy, and the Official Basic Instinct Parody for Parody release of the Year - Drama. Zero Tolerance Entertainment, Third Degree Films and Black Ice together are nominated for Parody Studio of the Year.
Veteran ZT directors Mike Quasar and Miles Long have both been nominated for Director of the Year - Body of Work, while Long was tapped again for Director of the Year - Individual Project for his work on the Cougar Club 3, a Third Degree Films release. Also, actor Mark Wood has been singled out with a nomination for Acting Performance of the Year for his remarkable work in the Official Silence of the Lambs Parody.
Third Degree's Nooners and ZT's Assets have both been tapped to compete for the All-Sex release of the Year award while Third Degree's Sleazy Riders will vie for Vignette release of the Year and Nylons for Vignette Series of the Year. Love Goes Down is up for All-Girl release of the Year.
