(LOS ANGELES, CA) -- Wicked Pictures has announced that Sydnee Steele will begin filming Euphoria, the first film in her new contract to the company, on June 28th, 2001. Brad Armstrong is set to direct the seven-day production, which is being touted as Wicked's largest to date.
Euphoria is set in a post-holocaust future in which the purchase of the United Nations by a consortium of multi-national corporations has led to the abolishment of free speech. Emerging in its place is the Stream, an interactive grandchild of the Internet. The drama of Euphoria unfolds as this One World conspiracy is opposed by a hacker collective called the Digital Rebel Front. The title is derived from a government-issued aphrodisiac called U4, which takes the user into a state of erotic bliss - for a price.
The cast for Euphoria is the largest ever assembled for a Wicked Pictures release. Joining Sydnee Steele are fellow Wicked Girls Devinn Lane and Stephanie Swift, as well as such other in-demand adult actresses as Jewel De' Nyle, Bridgette Kerkove, Asia Carrera, Inari Vachs, Ava Vincent, Jezebelle Bond, Felecia, April, Kristal Summers, Nikita Denise, Adriana Sage, Tanya Danielle, and Shay Sweet.
In addition to directing and co-writing the production, Brad Armstrong will be serving as Euphoria's production designer, art director, and costume designer.
Euphoria will be shooting in various locations in Los Angeles, Camarillo, and Palmdale.
