This Saturday night’s live broadcast of the Dr. Susan Block Show will feature fine art, alt-porn, neo-burlesque, Commedia Erotica and other sexual, intellectual explorations of the new erotic bohemia. Joining host Dr. Susan Block in her "Womb Room" broadcast studio will be fellow Yale alumnus (MFA ’01), acclaimed artist (whose work has been featured in museums and galleries from the Whitney to the MoMA) and alt-pornographer Zak Smith Sabbath. Dr. Block calls his recent memoir We Did Porn "A cerebral roller coaster ride of hyper-real, take-no-prisoners brilliance documenting modern ‘porno life’ from the inside out, in the literary traditions of Tom Wolfe on hippies and Jack Kerouac on the Beats. Plus it’s got very cool pictures."
