MEA Trademark Announcement

Recently there has been a discussion about the trademark rights concerning the registered trademark ''21sextury''. The Media Entertainment Anstalt with registred office in Aubündt 36, Vaduz, Liechtenstein (hereinafter ''MEA'') would like to clarify, that it is the exclusive owner of the registered international trademark No. 1023717.
The Trademark registration comprises in particular Data media of all kinds, therefore all types of DVDs, and distribution and making available films over the internet, therefore Video-on-Demand.
The making available of products under the brand ''21sextury'' may infringe the trademark rights of MEA and has to be ceased.
MEA would like to place emphasis on the fact, that it is willing to prosecute all trademark infringements and will hold all persons and/or companies accountable for all damages it has and will suffer because of the trademark infringements.
