We've got great news! We've just been informed that the City of Desert Hot Springs has found that Sea Mountain Inn is legal in every way and that the resort is in total compliance with all city, county and state codes. The resort gives credit to the City Manager Rick Daniels for this decision and if you communicate with Mr. Daniels, it should be with a note of thanks.
