(LOS ANGELES, CA) -- Adult superstar Monica Mayhem has been nominated for ''Adult Movie Entertainer of the Year'' in the upcoming ''Adult Nightclub & Exotic Dancer Awards'' sponsored by Exotic Dancer Publications.
