In 2005, a LexiLove.com was registered by an unaffiliated entity promoting links ''to websites that offered dating and relationship services.'' That site had no approval or consent by Love to operate, that it was ''in the business of registering domain names for monetary gain through click-through sites.'' The Panel arbitrating found that ''with respect to the Respondent’s awareness of Complainant’s trademark, set out above, also support a conclusion of bad faith use and registration of the domain name in question. This conclusion is reinforced by the pattern of cybersquatting conduct on the part of the Respondent, evidenced by the significant number of decisions where the Respondent has attempted to appropriate famous trademarks.'' LexiLove.com is now owned by Lexi Love!

This weekend in Los Angles, Love will be celebrating her win with a special appearance at Erotica L.A. (http://erotica-LA.com)! Lexi is scheduled to sign at the Star Factory (http://thestarfactoryent.com/) booth from June 12th through the 14th. There fans can meet Love in person for autographs and photo ops with the sultry star. Lexi will have available 8x10 and some of her hottest DVDs.
