At this stage until I have more time to digest the 'smoke and mirror' response. I am only going to address two issues, which is most important to note and post. PLEASE POST THANK YOU.

While his personal experience may explains his vehemence, it doesn't excuse his foolhardiness in attempting to damage everyone's chances to obtain as prompt cure for their financial situations as possible" I, Robert Lombard of Creative Image Management has NEVER hidden the problems experienced in his past! And make it known to ALL. The direct result of being an Alcoholic and substance abuser caused me to do some horrific things to family, friends and business associates. I paid my debt to society, by paying the restitution ordered by court for my NSF check writings. Received 5 years probation. NOW 10 years 10 months of living a clean and sober life. I can say that my legal problems and conviction has been cleared up during the getting sober process and living a life under good orderly direction. My felony conviction was 'exsponged' a legal term. The judge ordered this as a reward for the positive changes in my life. Trust me..YOU can not become a licensed foster parent or an adoptive parent with a past that hasn't been cleared up.
MY motive is not foolhardiness! It is to let the entire community know just what WE are dealing with. I also take offense to the comment, "Your industry wouldn't claim I am sure to be populated with rocket scientists, but hopefully, it does contain some people with good common sense, enough to recognize their own best self interests". WELL to have common sense you must process intelligence. I guess individuals who own the adult companies are not men or women of intelligence. This statement if read between the lines is condesending and it goes to show you that they feel they can hide under their veil of deceit and fraud...SO I ask, WHY wasn't NADIA FOSTER paid for her services? Because Michael Garfield aka Michael Caruso claims she broke the rules during a confirtation with another female star. Only after Mr. Caruso requested directly to Sam Phillips.. "He wants controversy. "More controversy" and "Would like to see a catfight". (Documented and witnessed) So by another female adult star having sex with one of the Executives, who was not tested, is and was a violation to the rules. She got paid! Why wasn't MICHELLE RAVEN paid for her services including the medical bills that were promised to be paid. When originally she was offered $5000.00 to leave and later when she medically couldn't work. She was only given $3000.00 and that was returned NSF. If these individuals feel that strongly about what they have produced. WHY NOT CLEAN UP OLD BILLS FIRST? GET LOANS, MORTGAGE YOUR HOMES, SELL YOUR CARS ETC. WHY EXPECT ALL CREDITORS TO WAIT UNTIL THEY SELL SOMETHING. TRUST ME you are looking at over 12 months before any money will be paid out. WHY SHOULD WE BE REQUIRED TO SIGN PROMISSORY NOTES FOR MONEY OWED US. WE ARE NOT PARTNERS, SHARE HOLDERS, OR ABOVE ALL LOAN COMPANIES. "WE" ALL PERFORMED SERVICES HONESTLY AND WITH INTEGRITY. SO, if East West Productions/Miltel Inc./The Helein Law Group feel I have gone overboard. SO BE IT. But, I do take offense that this is for my own self interest. I want my money if that is "self serving" SO BE IT. SOMEONE needs to take a stance with these most deceptive individuals! Nadia Foster wants her money. And I add it was promised in front of the 15 remaining adult stars she would be paid immediately. Again documented and witnessed. Michelle Raven wants her money. AND where is the missing 'prize money' promised to be delivered on DEC.15th, 2000? It is not our fault that East West Productions was duped by making bad business deals with questionable individuals. AGAIN, "WE" WHO ARE OWED MONEY SHOULD NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR EAST WEST PRODUCTIONS/MILTEL INC./HELEIN LAW GROUPS BAD BUSINESS DEALS AND TOTAL DISREGARD OF HUMAN BEINGS WHO WERE HONEST AND PERFORMED WITH INTEGRITY.
