FELONY VICTIM RECEIVED THIS COMMENT AFTER CONTINUING REQUESTING PAYMENT ON MILTEL INC.NSF CHECK #1772 FOR SERVICES ON SEX SURVIVOR 2000...."We need to sell something before we can reinburse you" VICTIM'S response...This is appalling and incomprehensible!
VICTIM again..You (Mr. Charles Helein) could have gone to Erotic Network and made an exclusive deal and most likely received signing monies or paper that would have allowed you to gap finance and generate immediate working capital to satisfy the working stiffs who have been cheated, lied too, and become victims of felonies.
VICTIM again...This would mean.. I would be waiting for more than six months and most likely 12 months. How dare you suggest or even hint that you and your criminal partners want ME, Robert Lombard of Creative Image Management and Casting or Sharon Mitchell of AIM Health Care to wait until you sell something. YOU COMMITTED FELONIES. MICHAEL GARFIELD aka MICHAEL CARUSO COMMITTED FELONIES. YOU REPRESENT AND ARE PARTNERED WITH A SUSPECTED FELON THEREFORE MAKING YOU AN ACCESSORY TO THIS CRIMINAL OFFENSE. COVERING UP A FELONY IS A CRIME.
VICTIM again..During Mr. Caruso's pleading phone call to Robert Lombard after missing the payment date on 'agreement' for payment, asking me to be patience and even stated he would only need another few weeks to cover the NSF check. It is now January 12th, 2001. NSF check is from November 2000. Another Lie? Another attempt to defaude? Another cover up? What's next? How many more individuals will get hurt?
VICTIM again.. I hereby demand payment covering the Miltel Inc. Check #1772 in the amount of $3,500.00 plus 2% above prime including bank transfer fee as agreed by parties. Parties (Charles Helein, Jane Wagner and Michael Garfield aka Michael Caruso) agreed to cover the NSF check on or before December 25th, 2000.
