We returned from Jamaica yesterday, where we were meeting with Hedo III to work out the details of LoveVooDoo Fest '08. Even if you have attended LoveVooDoo Fest is the past, I assure you this year will blow previous years away.
I will give you a few of the highlights below. I am also excited to announce that we are way ahead of last year in booking rooms! Please remember that we sold out the entire resort by September last year. A lot of people waited until it was too late and missed out!
New Highlights
- LoveVooDoo Hottie contest on the main stage with great prizes;
- Killer beach party and dinner on the beach Monday night with Caribbean entertainment;
- More scheduled entertainment in the Quad; Hedo will also grill burgers every day at noon;
- Private LoveVoodoo Cocktail Party
- Have dinner with a host night, including DJ's Island, Tabu, Trapeze, Jeff and Shawnee, Scores, and LoveVooDoo. This will give everyone the ability to hang out and get to know the people that make LoveVooDoo Fest possible
- Every day we will do something to get either the Nude side involved in the Quad or the Quad involved in the Nude side. It is important to Elena and I to get everyone together, regardless if they are comfortable with getting naked or not.
- Friday Night Beach Party. This is going to be a Killer event! This is the one that you do not want to miss! Last year we had a great party at a private beach next door to Hedo. The problem was that it cost $150.00 per couple. This year LoveVooDoo will be picking up the tab! (everyone better show up because Elena is pissed at me that I agreed pay for this! :-) ) This is not a regular Hedo event; it is being taylor-made for our group. This will be the wildest party that Hedo has Ever seen. Because it is my birthday Nick, the Entertainment Manager, is personally coordinating the whole thing as a favor to me. He said I would be shocked! We will give you more details as we get closer!
- Hotties from Scores Gentleman's club in Baltimore wandering the property handing out swag!
- Great rain contingency plan this year;
Three things to consider:
1. It is Very Important to remember that you Must book through Castaways Travel to guarantee your room. Last year, people told us '' Its ok I used my sister who is an agent'', or ''I booked directly with the resort'', or ''I booked through (insert travel agent here); they promised I would get my room''. I told them, they were making a mistake, but it was up to them. Flash forward 3 months when they were either crying or yelling in the lobby as they were getting moved to another Superclubs property. They asked me to help, but I couldn't do anything! Other people had booked the rooms that were on our contract, and there were none left. The fact is - you are either on our contract or not. We can guarantee you that there is a Huge chance that you will be moved to another resort unless you book through Castaways, no matter, what the resort or your travel agent is telling you. This trip is not profitable for LoveVooDoo. We do it in order to give something back to our members. We do not want it to turn out to be a negative experience for you. On top of all of that we have negotiated a Great rate. I doubt you can beat it. If you have already booked through Hedonism directly please contact us so we can get you moved to our contract. If you booked through any other travel agent than Castaways, we suggest you cancel and rebook.
2. We have no specific information on any particular airline, however the fact is that none of them are doing very well. Elena and I strongly suggest that you get travel insurance just in case. To get a quote on travel insurance contact Castaways travel at info@castawaystravel.com
3. If you have kids and want to bring them to Jamaica but still want to attend LoveVooDoo Fest. Consider staying next door at Breezes - Run Away Bay (14 and over), or if you have young kids you can stay at Starfish Trelawny where they have baby sitting services. You can come hang out with us at Hedonism Iii while your kids do their thing next door. Castaways Travel will be happy to provide you a quote for one of these Superclubs resorts. Please tell them you want to attend LoveVooDoo Fest so we can get you on the list.
