Batman's Belfry: No More LA Peaches

(HOLLYWOOD, CA) -- It’s already been a whole week since we attended the Amber Peach ''I’m leaving Los Angeles for Atlanta, and retiring except for my new website'' party which was held at the Vanguard club in Hollywood, California.
We arrived right at 10pm and were told the club was not open yet please stand aside; oh it happened to be raining at the time as well. Every Hollywood club patron is well aware that it is futile to attempt to tell a Hollywood club bouncer your side of the story or to ask for any provisions such as a dry area for the camera crew. We waited for about 15 minuets outside and then were ushered inside the half empty club. Well almost all of us were let in, in a change of heart if this is possible from a bouncer, they decided that the photographers would need a special clearance to come in and record the night with pictures.
Of course, in a moment of not thinking properly, we began to tell the security man that it has already been cleared with the promoter, the host of the party and the security person at the other end of the line, No No No, don’t tell them their job, they know their job, they are trained professionals, even have a special I’m a trained professional card in their wallets to prove it.
So a half hour later we are all standing in the club waiting for the rest of the people to come in. Amber Peach had arrived as did our friends from the Dub car show Dave and Didi who drove all the way from Las Vegas to attend the party.
After milling around a small room for a while looking at empty seats we were not allowed to sit in, Cousin Stevie arrived with what looked like a camera crew, but they had no cameras, I am assuming they just got tired of explaining themselves outside.
The promoter finally came over and escorted us all to a VIP table area where they gave Amber her bottle of choice, Vodka was a good choice and we devoured the drinks like sharks until the first bottle was gone, then there was another one.
I stepped outside to smoke a cigarette in the rain and met up with Pon and James Bartholet who had just arrived, we talked and then I went to check out the DJ and stare at the club go go dancers they had on the stages, the room was now filled with young , this is my space gentlemen.
After ogling Heidi Mayne for a while, she is looking very good as always, what a body on the woman, we looked at he fine crowd of people at the Vanguard club, walked over to Amber, said goodbye and left the building.
Of course we left the building in an improper fashion clumsily following the exit signs, only to be told not this door, that one, pointing to the opposite side of the club. 15 minuets later we were in the car all dry and cozy.
Thank you to Amber Peach, Dave and Didi and of course to our new best friends at the Vanguard club for allowing us to spend a few hours with you.
