BoysToys.com Files 10QSB for Third Quarter

(SAN FRANCISCO, CA) -- BoysToys.com, Inc. (the ``Company'')(OTC Bulletin Board: GRLZ - news) an adult entertainment holding company, has filed Form 10QSB for the third quarter ending September 30, 2000. For those three months the Company booked $565, 383 in revenues with a loss before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $47,291 (EBITDA). Revenues for the nine months ending September 30, 2000 totaled $1,636,556 with a net loss of $947,628.
The Company's flagship club, Boys Toys, located at 412 Broadway, San Francisco, commenced operations on January 26, 2000. For the eight months that the club has been operational it averaged $204,569 per month in sales. Boys Toys was recently featured on a segment of sexcetera on the playboy channel and was chosen ``The hottest new club in San Francisco.''
The Company re-launched its web site www.boystoys.com. The new site has undergone considerable changes and our new development team, pilotmedia is continuing to work on reconstruction of the site. Many new features, such as an event calendar, pictorials of the entertainers and recent events at the club, have been added. The company established new affiliate programs with The Mens Club Guide and a number of Internet retailers. Our new partners, Night Life Watch, will be equipping the club with video cameras, connections, and the necessary equipment for streaming events and live entertainment from the club.
