(HOUSTON, TX) -- Rick’s Cabaret International, Inc. (Nasdaq: Rick) will release its third quarter 2007 results on August 14th, followed by a conference call/webcast hosted by President and Ceo Eric Langan and later host a "Due Diligence Ball" for financial industry professionals at the company’s New York City nightclub.
Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 are scheduled to be filed with the Sec August 14th. The conference call is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m. EDT to allow securities analysts and shareholders the opportunity to hear Mr. Langan and Rick’s Cabaret CFO Phillip Marshall discuss the company's quarterly results.

During the conference call Mr. Langan will discuss the results of two recent record-setting months for revenues at the company’s nightclubs, May with $2,831,807 and June with $2,956,787. The July sales of $2,948,534, which represented a 54 percent gain over July 2006, will be included in the company’s fourth quarter results.
