(VAN NUYS, CA) -- With her recent signing to the prestigious Lee Network, Extreme Associates director and starlet Lizzy Borden has officially joined the feature dance circuit.
"This is something I've wanted to do for a long time," Borden said. "I was going to start last fall, but didn't feel ready. I've been working on my show for months since, and I think I finally have it perfected."
As a tune-up to her trek across America, Borden made a surprise appearance Friday night at the Spearmint Rhino Rouge club in Los Angeles, wowing the crowd with a blistering stage performance, then jumping to the floor to get "up close and personal" with fans. Her hi-energy set, emphasizing numerous costume changes, martial arts, and exotic props, was more reminiscent of a Las Vegas revue than a traditional strip club feature.
"It was a riot," Borden said. "Everyone had a great time. I'm really looking forward to the tour."
While on the road, Borden will be documenting her odyssey for her www.lovelizzyborden.com website, filming other willing strippers she also hopes to recruit for her soon-to-be announced modeling agency.
"This is going to be an exciting adventure," Borden added. " I can't wait for it to begin."
Borden has appeared in over three hundred magazines, gracing the cover of Oui Magazine several times. She has appeared on 60 Minutes, the Daily Show, Nightline, and the O'Reilly Factor. She also starred in the 2002 independent horror film Terror Toons and was a spokesmodel for Evil Threads Clothing and Crash Records.
