New Frontier Media Names Boenish President of the Erotic Networks

(BOULDER, CO) -- New Frontier Media, Inc. (Nasdaq: NOOF - news), a leader in the electronic distribution of adult entertainment, announced that it has appointed Ken Boenish President of The Erotic Networks. Boenish formerly served as Senior Vice President of Affiliate Sales for the Company's subscription and pay television subsidiary when it was called Colorado Satellite Broadcasting, Inc.
``In just two years, our subscription and pay television subsidiary has grown from a start-up concept to a fully-integrated broadcast operation providing six 24-hour pay television networks to over 22 million addressable subscribers,'' stated Mark H. Kreloff, Chairman and CEO of New Frontier Media. ``Our unprecedented growth and the anticipated demands of our global expansion plan has necessitated the broadening of our pay television subsidiary's senior management. Ken has been a huge contributor to our addressable subscriber growth and I am confident that under his leadership, our pay television group will make even greater inroads into the DBS, cable television and broadband markets both domestically and internationally,'' added Kreloff.
Boenish joined New Frontier Media in February 1999. Prior to joining the Company, Boenish served as Director of Sales for Jones Intercable. While at Jones, he helped position Great American Country, a new country music network, against the number one country music provider, rapidly capturing more than 7 million new households. ``Ken very much understands the challenges of being the underdog in a highly competitive environment and knows how to succeed. Now as President, I fully expect Ken will lead the organization into a new era of content distribution,'' Kreloff said.

Boenish holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
