(LAS VEGAS, CA) -- The Sin City Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Joe Russo of Reliant Web Services and Consulting has accepted the Chairmanship of the newly formed Sin City Technology Alliance. By accepting the Chair of this new Alliance, Joe will step down as a Sin City Chamber Advisory Council Member.
